Our experience with this realty firm was far different from the other reviews. I am still unsure where the train left the tracks. From our initial meeting until the end, Angela was never on time. She was at least 30 minutes late to our first meeting (where we saw 3 homes) and the second meeting (we saw two, wrote an offer on one), and then delayed the third potential meeting by at least 30 minutes. We got sparse responses from Angela and found scheduling time with her to view homes difficult. During the showing where we decided to write an offer, we were rushed (after she was late) because she had clients with an option period expiring at 5pm (it was 430). Our offer was not accepted. Angela was very responsive during this time and gave excellent advice on our offer amount, reasons for the amount, and the counteroffer. After the third delay (we had not been provided with a timeline for the showings, as promised, nor an introduction to her assistant who would accompany us), I asked to be released from our Representation agreement. At this point, Angela's communication with me took a complete 180° turn. It was "have some understanding" and if she could "just explain". Suddenly, house showings were scheduled (after my request, this was stated.) I emailed Angela's broker to get the release from our Representation agreement. The response to that email was, again, blaming me for things. This might be a case where the firm is too busy, and sometimes actions aren't delegated. I'm sad that we parted ways in such terms. 4/22/2025 - I'm sorry we wasted weeks when "the train was never on the tracks." The response below from the agent is telling indeed. Be aware.

Angela and her entire team were incredibly dedicated, professional, and hard working. Angela was always ten steps ahead of everyone and advocated for me endlessly in the home buying process. I’m convinced there is no one more knowledgeable about real estate. I could truly relax knowing she had my back and everything would work out. It was such a refreshing experience, to say the least. You will not regret choosing her and her team. 🙌

Angela and her team are top notch professionals. December 2024, she had a buyer for our home in Prairie Creek. She was always 5 steps ahead of us, answering questions before we even asked. She helped us every step of the way. Angela also found us our new home in Allen TX and made the transition as smooth as could be. From start to finish she sold our home, negotiated contracts with our new home in 3 weeks' time. I would not hesitate to give her 5 out of 5 stars. Highly recommended!

Moving into Canyon Creek is next level impossible but Angela and her team not only made it possible but it was done with such ease that it was amazing. Her team sold our house in Murphy for top dollar. Everything from staging, photos, open house, negotiations to close was flawless. Now what - we are homeless. Well, she had a rent house for us in Canyon Creek and she completed that transaction as she was closing our Murphy house - Amazing. Next she says that she may have a house for us to buy but that a lot would have to fall into place but she will work on it and asks us to be patient. Six months later we close on a fantastic house - on the street we want to be on. I can not say thank you enough to her and her team for their coordination of this effort and how comforting it was to have such a team of professionals standing next to us as we made these leaps of faith to get to where we wanted to live.

We found Angela Green to be all that one hopes when in the housing market. She came prepared with knowledge about the area, gave us advice that was helpful and on target. Her team totally prepared us and our house for the photo shoot and showings. We felt she really cared about producing a positive outcome. We recommend her without reservation.

Navigating the real estate industry as inexperienced first time home buyers was incredibly difficult (especially in this tough market), but Angela expertly guided us throughout the entire process and went above and beyond. She is extremely knowledge, always easy to reach, and eager to help us with any questions that we had. Fantastic communication! We couldn't have picked a better person to work with! :)
